User Menu

The User Menu allows you to manage your account and linked administrations. You can also sign out and connect additional platforms.

Opening the User Menu​

Click your username or profile icon in the upper-right corner of Factview to open the User Menu.

Import User​

The Import User section displays the Factview account that is currently signed in.

Sign Out​

Click Sign Out to log out of your Factview account.

Linked Platforms​

This section displays the accounting platforms linked to your account.

For each platform, the connected administration is shown, for example:

  • Exact Online

  • Twinfield

Disconnect​

Click Sign Out to disconnect the selected platform. You can reconnect it later by signing in again.

Add Account​

To connect an additional administration or platform, click Add Account and sign in to the desired platform.

Once authentication is complete, the new platform will be linked to your account.

Change Language​

You can change the Factview interface language using the language selector in the upper-left corner of the screen.

The available languages depend on your Factview environment configuration.
